On Thursday, September 27th, more than 50 students from the EC course Real Property toured the construction site of the Charlesview Residences, a 340-unit apartment complex. Project managers from the developer, The Community Builders (TCB), explained the deal behind the mixed-income development, and the construction process itself. Real Property has about 180 students this year, and typically includes at least one field trip to a real estate development.
