Hello,
I’m trying to find the best way to locate an article written on my mother Helena Ribeirinha by one of the HBS periodicals. She was a Dining Services worker located at the Business School back in the 1980′s. The article was how she baked all the cookies by hand. Let me know if there is are other places to research.

Thanks for getting in touch! Your best bet is to contact HBS library archives, we unfortunately don’t have access to all the old issues, but the library does have copies. It would be helpful if you knew what year it was written as well, so that you don’t have to go through all of the 80′s. Hope this helps!
