What is "Positive Discrimination" Anyway?

Two weeks ago Neil Mahapatra (NG) and Jonathan Kelly (OD) expressed some strong views on positive discrimination and political correctness. The truth is over there!!!Here is what I saw about postive discrimination or affirmative action when I visited the University of Southern Mississippi web-site/http://www.usm.edu/aa-eeo//:

WHO ARE CONSIDERED MEMBERS OF "PROTECTED CLASSES" IN THE EMPL0YMENT RECRUITMENT PROCESS?
Asian-Americans
African-Americans
Native Americans
Females
Vietnam-era veterans
Hispanics
People with disabilities

In my opinion they simply had to write We deny all if you are a black man!What a pitty!
