The truth is over there!!!Here is what I saw about postive discrimination or affirmative action when I visited the University of Southern Mississippi web-site/http://www.usm.edu/aa-eeo//:

WHO ARE CONSIDERED MEMBERS OF "PROTECTED CLASSES" IN THE EMPL0YMENT RECRUITMENT PROCESS?

African-Americans
Native Americans
Females
Vietnam-era veterans
Hispanics
People with disabilities

In my opinion they simply had to write We deny all if you are a black man!What a pitty!
